We are seeking an experienced Master Drywall Finisher who takes pride in exceptional workmanship and consistency. This role is for a true craftsman — someone who understands the art and precision of drywall finishing at a professional level. You’ll be trusted to deliver high-end results on custom residential projects with an emphasis on quality, pride, and professionalism.

Responsibilities/What You’ll Do:
Complete intricate details such as corner bead, drywall trims, custom vaults, and other architectural features with a high level of craftsmanship.
Execute thorough quality control inspections on projects to ensure company standards are being met
Complete remodel and finishing work in luxury homes while upholding the highest standards of cleanliness, professionalism, and craftsmanship
Deliver premium Level 5 drywall finishes
Communicate clearly with field leadership and project teams
Qualifications/What We’re Looking For:
Minimum 5 years of professional drywall experience, with a focus on new residential and remodeling projects.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Proficient in all phases of drywall finishing, including taping, sanding, texturing, and trim work.
Deep knowledge of drywall tools and techniques
Comfortable and capable working on stilts, ladders, and scaffolding.
Exceptional attention to detail and pride in delivering flawless finishes.
Strong creative problem-solving skills to address complex or unique architectural challenges.
Demonstrated focus on customer service, particularly when working in occupied, high-value homes.
Commitment to professionalism, craftsmanship, and upholding the company’s reputation on every project.
